Rutger Friberg's Books Rutger Friberg is Model Railroad and Electronics editor in the leading Scandinavian MR Magazine "Allt om Hobby" since more than 20 years. Rutger is also author of a series of books in the area of MR Technology as well as co-author of Hobby and Technology books in Scandinavia. A new series is the Kraft projects. These are all decoders based upon the wide spread PIC technology. The PCB layouts can be downloaded from here and the special components like ready to run PIC´s and other CPU:s are found at the following web-link: http://home8.swipnet.se/"w-82581/index.htm Another set of projects contain cabs, command stations and boosters for DCC. If you use starter set like "Roco Digital is cool" there is a project on how to turn the small command station into a booster and how to connect several of these beginners modules together as the layout expands. A number of projects focus on the Märklin digital system, both for H0 and 1 gauge. And two projects are dedicated to turntables with remote control. Finally there are several minitips that will come handy during normal work with your layout.
